The reception staff gave activity packs to the kids when we arrived. The hotel upgraded our room without charge. The buffet breakfasts was the best I have seen in a hotel, it had excellent choice and quality.
The hotel gym is open 24/7, but it has limited equipment.

the staff were very polite and helpful across all departments i found this immediately upon arrival i particularly appreciated the breakfast selection it included many fresh choices for all diners we also ate at the hotel both nights the food quality was commendable even with several functions occurring the management maintained a high standard across all departments
i noticed a slight delay in room readiness upon arrival check-in was scheduled from 15:00 i arrived at 15:40 and housekeeping was still finishing the room

Excellent Stay Near Warwick Castle

The hotel has a fantastic bar and served delicious food. I stayed in a newly refurbished room. The bathroom was wonderful, with a high-quality finish. The location is perfect for visiting Warwick Castle.
The car parking charge was not clearly indicated upon arrival. The charging point was hidden. I only found out about the fee when another customer alerted me.
